These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any cab, taxi, Tempo Traveller, bus or tour service booked with Swami Narayan Tours & Travels.
Acceptance of terms
By submitting an enquiry, contacting us by phone or WhatsApp, paying an advance or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms. When booking for other passengers, you are responsible for sharing relevant conditions with them.
Enquiries and booking confirmation
A website or WhatsApp enquiry is a request for information and does not itself confirm a vehicle. A booking is confirmed only after we communicate availability, the agreed itinerary and fare, and any required advance is received.
Please provide accurate pickup details, travel date, passenger count, luggage needs and contact information. Material changes may affect availability or price.
Fares, taxes and payment
Quoted fares apply to the itinerary, duration and vehicle agreed at booking. Unless expressly included, tolls, parking, interstate tax, permits, entry tickets, extra kilometres, waiting time and driver allowance may be charged separately.
Website fares are indicative and may change because of route, season, availability, fuel costs or government charges. The final confirmed quotation applies.
Cancellations, changes and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the vehicle, journey and notice period and will be communicated at confirmation. Supplier, permit or advance costs already incurred may be non-refundable.
Changes to date, route, pickup time or vehicle remain subject to availability and may change the fare. If we cannot provide a confirmed service, we will discuss a suitable replacement or refund for the unavailable service.
Passenger and travel conditions
- Passengers must follow applicable laws, safety instructions and capacity limits.
- Smoking, unlawful substances, dangerous goods and illegal activity are prohibited.
- Passengers remain responsible for personal belongings.
- Passenger-caused damage or extraordinary cleaning may be charged at actual cost.
- Children and passengers needing assistance require appropriate supervision.
An equivalent vehicle may be provided if the booked model becomes unavailable, while aiming to preserve the agreed seating and comfort category.
Delays and circumstances beyond control
Travel times are estimates. Traffic, road closures, weather, public events, mechanical emergencies or government action may cause delays. We will make practical efforts to assist and continue the journey safely.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility is limited to the confirmed travel service. We are not responsible for independent hotels, attractions, airlines or other third-party services unless expressly included in the confirmed package.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website content
Website text, branding, layout and original materials may not be commercially reused without permission. We aim to keep information accurate, but typographical errors and availability changes may occur.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts serving Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
